My Walgreens trip 7/12/11

I'MMMMM BACK!!!! 

Today was the first time in about 3or so weeks that I stepped foot in a Walgreens. (I could be wrong but it feels like it has been forever.) I haven't really seen anything great on sale until now.

The first thing I saw in this weeks Walgreens ad that I HAD TO HAVE was the EOS lip balms.  I LOVE THEM!!!!!  They are 2 for $6 and then WYB 2 you get $4 RR.  AWESOME!!!!  I wanted 4, which would have been $12.97 with tax just for those 4 items.  I of course was looking for a cheaper way and this is what I came up with.

NOTE: This transaction didn't work out the way I planned.  I thought that the Nail clippers were going to be $3.49 ea but when it rang up $2.79 I needed to get the tweezers instead to make the $10 total for the RR.  I don't like last minute changes at the check stand, I always think that people are going to be mad and staring at me.

For a GRAND TOTAL OF $11.79 instead of $12.97. I saved $1.18 by carrying everything else but the EOS out of the store. :)
